Mick is an LCSW and clinical supervisor with over 13 years in behavioral health and more than a decade in leadership roles across community mental health. She’s worked alongside clients, clinicians, and community partners in substance use treatment, co-occurring disorders, clinical operations, and workforce development. Known for her engaging training style and statewide speaking experience, she brings practical insight, thoughtful supervision, and a grounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities shaping behavioral healthcare today.
Bert
Bert is an LPC and clinical supervisor. He has been in the industry over 15 years with experience supporting clients, clinicians, and healthcare teams across crisis services, supervision, ethics, and complex mental health systems. He's focused on professional accountability, clinical growth, and the realities of modern behavioral healthcare.
